MX Connect Release (July 2, 2024)
MX Connect Release July 2, 2024
This release includes the following adjustments:
New Features
-
Country of Origin Field Added: To comply with MasterCard requirements, a new "Country of Origin" field has been added to the client details page under the "Legal Name and Address" section. This field ensures that each transaction records the merchant's country of origin and whether the transaction occurred in that country. The addition enhances the accuracy of transaction data, facilitating better reporting and analytics, and ensures compliance with MasterCard requirements.
-
New ACH File Format Integration: A new file format for ACH details has been integrated into MX Connect to maintain seamless processing of ACH funding events, following the decommissioning of the existing ACH 310 funding file. This update ensures accurate reflection of deposits and holds in the Passport UI, maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the ACH funding process.
-
Desktop View on Mobile Browsers: MXC on mobile browsers will now display as it does on a desktop to improve the user experience. This change ensures immediate usability on mobile devices, while future updates will focus on enhancing mobile responsiveness.
Enhancements
-
Enhanced Fiserv North Reserve Balance Reporting: The reporting functionality for Fiserv North has been enhanced, specifically for the reserve balance grid. New columns have been added for more relevant data, improving the accuracy and usability of the reports, leading to better decision-making and operational efficiency.
-
Enhanced Fiserv North Prepaid Expense Reporting: The reporting on the Prepaid Expense Grid for Fiserv North has been upgraded to include additional fields for better data granularity. This enhancement supports improved financial analysis and decision-making by capturing and presenting comprehensive data.
-
Enhanced ACH Reject Handling: Further enhancements to the ACH Reject Handling initiative allow users to take multiple actions against an ACH reject and improve the functionality surrounding the reserve balance. These updates streamline the reject handling process and improve user experience by enabling efficient tracking and management of funds.
Fixes
- PCI Compliance Report Visibility for Fiserv North Accounts: The issue preventing the PCI compliance report for certain Fiserv North accounts from being visible has been resolved. The reports are now correctly displayed.
