Waive Personal Guaranty

• In an effort to support modern requirements for boarding non-profit entities, publicly traded companies, large entities, and government entity types, MXC was enhanced to provide options for selecting or waiving the Personal Guaranty and Control Person within the Ownership and Legal tabs.

Pricing Controls for Applications, App Engines, and Templates

• Priority has created a pricing control section in our pricing templates that will allow minimum, maximum, and default values to be set for any pricing elements in order to mitigate pricing below your listed buy rates.
